This iPhone application just stuns me. Can’t decide whether to think of Tulips, laugh at the practical joke or question Apple’s sanity in approving this application. I do find all the sudden frustration with Apple for approving this application amusing – on the one hand, in an open market (e.g., non-totalitarian platform) such an absurd application could easily make its way to the net for a hefty price-tag, and no one would complain. In fact, if one or two powerful people in the reputation economy thought it was worth buying, we might start seeing a new trend.
So why complain now? Just don’t buy the app, thinks me. Ah, but here we see again how Apple has set themselves up: with absolute power comes absolute responsibility.
